RING A LINK 1890 42 41 41What is Ring a Link?Ring a Link is a new kind of public transport service (funded by the Irish Government under the National Development Plan 2000-2005) for people living in rural areas of Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary.It is a cross between a conventional bus service and a taxi.Passengers get picked up at their homesHow does the service work?In order for the bus to stop at your house, it is necessary to make a Ring a Link Booking, by calling the dispatch centre on 1890 42 41 41. The dispatcher will give you pick up times for your outward and return journey.You need to book well in advance of your journey at least one hour but preferably the day before.Fares..Ring a Link services vary from €3 - €5 for adult return. children under 16 half fare children under four free, Free travel Passes are accepted.
