A large number of parishioners gathered in the Capt. Murphy Memorial Hall Tullow on Friday 14th October 2005 to bid farewell to Fr. Rory Nolan and to thank him for his ministry to the people of Tullow as Chaplain to Tullow Community School from 1997 until 2003  and as curate in Tullow Parish from 2003 until 2005. Fr Rory has now taken up his new duty as Chaplain to Carlow Institute of Technology and we wish him well.
